Are you interested in getting fit and being healthy? Would you like to increase your muscle strength, improve your flexibility and your overall appearance? Then make plans to attend the informational luncheon session scheduled for Wednesday, February 23 from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Green Room of the Flin Flon Community Hall. Take part in an information session focusing on, "How to start a strength training program." Find out exactly what strength training is and why we should do it, how much is enough, and how do we get started? Whether you want to look and feel fit, burn more calories, or improve your performance in your favorite sport activities, this presentation is sure to enlighten you. On February 23, join Tracy Salamondra, Creighton Community School Recreation Coordinator, in a presentation that is guaranteed to inform, inspire and energize. Bring your own bag lunch and attend the session free of charge. Or, treat yourself by taking advantage our healthy "brown bag" lunch. Cost is only $7, and can be ordered at time of registration. Don't miss this one time opportunity to learn how to strength train for health.
