Add another wild misspelling to the long list of mistakes people have made when trying to identify our community. A recent piece of mail sent to Flin Flon's Don Oulette was destined for a community that appears to be called "Stir Flong." The Reminder recently published an article detailing a number of misspellings of Flin Flon's name that appear on the Internet. No less than nine laughable errors were found, including "Flim Flam," "Flon Flon," "Flip Flop," "Flin Fon," and "Flin Flong." Our community, admittedly, has an odd name, but is putting those eight letters in the right order all that difficult? Maybe we have to contact Stir Flong to find out.
