The Northern Lights Manor is one step closer to a big-screen TV for the lounge. Staff from RBC Financial Group yesterday presented a $404 cheque to Sheryl Nagy of the Manor's Family Resident Advisory Council. Each Friday, employees at the bank each contribute a Loonie as part of their casual dress day. The money they collect is donated to a different charity every three months. Combined with previous donations, the bank's contribution puts the Manor at about the half-way point toward buying the new TV.
