The Golden Vista housing development in Snow Lake has been taking shape.
As The Reminder reported earlier this year, there are hopes the project will be completed by the end of the year.
As of April, all 18 suites in the complex had been spoken for, 14 of which will go to Hudbay to place workers.
“We are going to use that building as a bridge for people hiring on with Hudbay and moving to Snow Lake with their families,” Brad Lantz, then head of Hudbay’s Manitoba operations, told The Reminder in April.
Hudbay also agreed to lend the developers the money needed to finish
the building.
