New Snow Lake Mayor Kim Stephens will preside over a council that blends experience with new blood.
Elected to Snow Lake town council Wednesday were incumbents Brenda Forsyth-Flamand (315 votes) and Aldon Kowalchuk (257).
Joining them are newcomers Peter Roberts (268), Richard Jones (261), Robin Turnbull (168) and Jodi Lea Wilson (155).
On the outside looking in were incumbents Angela Enright (140) and Dave Mayer (89) as well as Gordon Cann (145), Lynden Kucharyshen (122) and Blake Warren (104).
Stephens was acclaimed as mayor, replacing Clarence Fisher, who chose not to seek re-election.
In the RM of Kelsey, incumbent reeve Rod Berezowecki (460 votes) was re-elected over Leonard Gluska (324). In wards 5 and 6, which represent Cranberry Portage, incumbents Peter Bieker and Larry Johnson were acclaimed.
