Sissie Beauregard was the big winner of the Border Explorers Snowmobile Club’s annual snowmobile raffle. Beauregard purchased one ticket from the club. Rather than the 2015 Polaris 600 Switchback up for grabs, she decided to take $10,000 and put it towards a planned trip to Niagara Falls. “I just couldn’t believe I won this,” she said, as she picked up her winnings last week.
