A Snow Lake-focused mineral exploration company hopes to raise up to $1.5 million in additional operating and exploration capital.
Rockcliff Resources has announced it will undertake a non-brokered flow-through unit private placement and a non-brokered working capital unit private placement.
The Toronto-based company is offering up to 15 million flow-through units priced at six cents each, for gross proceeds of up to $900,000.
Rockcliff is also offering up to 12 million working capital units at a price of five cents each, for gross proceeds of up to $600,000.
Rockcliff is focused on discovery and resource growth at properties at its Snow Lake Project, which totals more than 400 kilometres squared.
Rockcliff says a 2007 guideline-compliant technical report concluded that all deposits at the project “have excellent potential to expand beyond their historical resources and that all of the deposits are open along strike and at depth.”
