A summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Jan. 12 to 18:
Monday, Jan. 12
• Report of a disturbance on Phelan Ave. in which a female yelled at family members before leaving the residence; she was located by family a short time later.
• Report from concerned mother on South Main Street whose son had left the residence for an unknown location and was supposed to attend court the following day.
• Police responded to a residence on Boam Street for a report of a 12-year-old child being disrespectful and pushing his mother around.
• Police responded to a report of domestic assault on Hapnot Street; a 27-year-old male was arrested and is facing assault charges.
Tuesday, Jan. 13
• Report of a taxi patron assaulting the taxi driver on Hapnot Street; a 24-year-old female was arrested and charged with assault.
• Police responded to a 911 call on North Avenue; investigation revealed the call was false.
• Report of a vehicle passing a stopped school bus with its stop sign extended and lights flashing on Main Street; matter under investigation.
• An intoxicated male attended the RCMP detachment wondering if police had any warrants for him, but none existed; police attempted to provide the male with a ride to his aunts’ residence on Hill Street, but he could not locate the house or remember the house number; he was arrested and lodged until sober.
• Report of a disturbance on Ross Street; police attended and located nothing unusual other than two dogs in the residence.
Wednesday, Jan. 14
• Report of suicide threats at Aspen Grove.
• Report of an intoxicated female crawling around outside the Flin Flon General Hospital; police located the female, who was arrested and lodged until sober.
• Police responded to an alarm call on Waldron Avenue; the alarm was deemed to be false.
Thursday, Jan. 15
• Report of a hit-and-run to a parked vehicle on Main Street; no suspects at this time.
• Report of a lost wallet in the Flintoba Shopping Centre parking lot.
• Report of an intoxicated male patient at the Flin Flon General Hospital who had been medically cleared; police located a family member in town who agreed to care for him.
Friday, Jan. 16
• Report of suicide threats on Second Avenue.
• Report of an intoxicated female patient who had been medically cleared at the Flin Flon General Hospital; she left prior to police arrival and could not be located.
• Report of an intoxicated female refusing to leave a residence on South Hudson Street; police attended and the female was arrested and lodged until sober.
• Report of a 911 call that was believed to have been a “pocket dial.”
Saturday, Jan. 17
• Police responded to an alarm call on Waldron Avenue; the alarm was deemed to be false.
• Report of two intoxicated males on Main Street; they were located and lodged until sober.
• Report of a fight on Hill Street between two family members; police attended and one female was arrested for assault; matter under investigation.
• Report of an intoxicated male lying in the post office; police located the male, who was arrested and lodged until sober.
• Report of a fight and threats on Church Street; police attended and investigation revealed the fight was consensual.
• Report of multiple alarms at Hapnot Collegiate; police attended and alarm was deemed to be false as staff and students had returned from a school event.
Sunday, Jan. 18
• Report of disturbance on Phelan Avenue in which threats were heard by a third party; police attended and located an intoxicated male, who was transported to a family member who agreed to care for him.
• Police responded to an address on Terrace Avenue to keep the peace during a custody dispute.
• Report of a disturbance on Hapnot Street; police attended and investigation revealed the property representative was yelling at her ex on the phone.
