RCMP are searching for a Pukatawagan man wanted in connection with several serious offences stemming from a May 3 disturbance on the northern reserve. Donovan Colomb, 22, faces two counts of aggravated assaults and two counts of assault with a weapon. Colomb is described as an aboriginal man weighing 142 lbs., standing 5 ft. 4 in. tall with black hair and brown eyes. He is considered violent due to the nature of the charges. The public is asked, if his whereabouts are known, not to approach him. He has been known to frequent Thompson and Leaf Rapids. A second suspect in the May 3 incident, an 18-year-old man from Pukatawagan, has turned himself into police. Anyone with information is asked to contact Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or their local police detachment.
