Premier Greg Selinger was in Cranberry Portage yesterday morning to attend the grand opening of the new dormitory and power-mechanic shop at Frontier Collegiate.
The project, initially estimated at $23 million before going over budget, promises to help rejuvenate a community whose economy is based largely around education.
High school students from more than 30 northern Manitoba communities attend Frontier Collegiate.
