Acting on safety concerns, Flin Flon City Council will prohibit parking on a sloped portion of Bellevue Avenue. At Tuesday's council meeting, a motion passed to paint yellow the north curb of the street, stretching from the Third Avenue intersection up to 63 Bellevue Avenue, when weather permits. Council recently received a letter from a neighbourhood resident who was concerned over vehicles parking on this section of the street. The concern related to the width of the road when vehicles were parked on it.
