An elderly Flin Flon woman riding a bus home from Winnipeg was found to be deceased when the driver made a stop early Monday morning. RCMP in The Pas, where the routine stop took place, released few details but have ruled out foul play. The body of the woman, in her 70s, was taken to Winnipeg for an autopsy, police said. The woman was found to be passed away at approximately 5:30 a.m. Monday when the overnight bus made its regular stop in The Pas.
