Police are searching for an Opaskwayak Cree Nation man wanted in connection with an aggravated assault.
On Oct. 12, 2014, just after 1:30 am, RCMP responded to a report of an injured male at a residence in OCN. The 40-year-old man was found severely beaten.
The man, a resident of nearby The Pas, was transported to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
RCMP are looking for Michael Dale Flett Jr., 27, of OCN, in relation to the incident.
Flett is described as Aboriginal, 5 ft. 10 in., weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes and facial hair.
Flett also has tattoos of a cross and “315” on his right arm.
Police say Flett is considered dangerous and ask people not to approach him.
