Norway House RCMP was dispatched to a home on Sunday where a 45-year-old male was found dead.
According to an RCMP media release, investigation revealed that the man had been involved in an altercation several hours prior, resulting in his death.
The RCMP has arrested a 24-year-old male in relation to the incident. It is reported that both men are from Norway House and known to each other.
An autopsy was scheduled for Sept. 22 in Winnipeg.
The RCMP is not releasing the name of the deceased.
The investigation was ongoing as of press time.
