RCMP have issued Canada-wide arrest warrants for two men charged in connection with a homicide in Thompson last month. Owen Phillip Mcdonald, 20 and Cassidy Elston Eagle, 21, have been charged with second degree murder and remain at large. Mcdonald, also known as O-dog, is aboriginal with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-ft 9-in and weighs 172 pounds. He has a tattoo of ÒLakeishiaÓ on his chest. Eagle, also known as KC and Cassidy Mazawasicuna, is aboriginal with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 6 ft tall and weighs 232 pounds. He has a tattoo of ÒBlazeÓ on his left arm. Thompson RCMP say both men should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. They have been charged in connection with the death of Charles Brightnose, 25, who was found assaulted outside a Thompson residence on November 29. Brightnose, a Thompson resident, was transported to the Winnipeg Health Science Center in critical condition before succumbing to his injuries. An autopsy determined that he died as a result of a homicide. A third suspect in BrightnoseÕs death is in custody. Kenneth Munroe, 25, of Thompson has been charged with second degree murder and remanded into custody. The RCMP Serious Crime Unit, Thompson RCMP Major Crime Unit, along with the Thompson Forensic Identification Section and members of Thompson RCMP detachment continue to investigate.
