Accused murderer James Noel Desmarais will appear in court Tuesday after his case was remanded yet again with no plea entered. Desmarais, 45, of Flin Flon, is charged with second-degree murder in the Oct. 31, 2011 death of fellow Flin Flonner Raylene Dawn Grant, 21. Since then, he has been making regular appearances in The Pas Provincial Court, most recently on Aug. 20 and Aug. 27. Flin Flon RCMP say Desmarais confessed to the murder, but it remains to be seen whether that translates into a guilty plea.
