Two men have been charged with second-degree murder after a body was found outside Prince Albert. Last Saturday, August 6, police located the body of Ricky Lee Bear, 36, in a remote rural area southeast of P.A. He was from the Muskoday First Nation. Two men were located near the scene and have been charged with second-degree murder. They are Wayne Douglas Moshenko, 38, of Regina and Cody Travis Walker, 20, of the Muskoday First Nation. Both face additional charges of assault and breach of a court order. They were scheduled to make their first court appearance Monday in P.A. The cause of death has not yet been officially determined. An autopsy was scheduled for yesterday.
