Police are investigating after copper wire and gasoline were stolen in Sherridon.
On Aug. 12, RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter at
the public works garage in the tiny community.
The police investigation revealed that sometime overnight, three large heavy spools of copper wire being stored in the building by Manitoba Hydro were stolen, as was a quantity of gasoline.
Cranberry Portage RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance with the investigation. They ask anyone with information to contact Cranberry Portage RCMP at 204-472-4044.
