Hudbay announced Wednesday that it is offering an additional US$100 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.50 per cent senior unsecured notes due October 1, 2020.
The notes are additional to the US$650 million aggregate principal amount of 9.50 per cent senior unsecured notes that Hudbay issued in September 2012 and June 2013.
Hudbay plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and the development of its Lalor and Reed projects near Snow Lake and its Constancia project in Peru.
