Investigators are treating the death of a 26-year-old man in Pelican Narrows as suspicious.
At 11:20 pm on Monday, RCMP were called to a sudden death in the First Nations community. They located the victim deceased outside in an open area.
RCMP said their investigation is ongoing with the assistance of RCMP Major Crime Units (North and South), Historical Case Units (North and South), Saskatoon General Investigation Section, Prince Albert and Tisdale Forensic Identification Sections, Saskatoon RCMP Police Dog Services along with the Office of the Chief Coroner.
An autopsy is scheduled to take place in Saskatoon on Wednesday. Police released no further details.
