Don't forget to bring your children to the Flin Flon Public Library in the Rotary Room downstairs for the Family Literacy Program, today, January 27, in which about 10 'celebrity' readers will take the time to come out and read to you! See how special you are! In the morning Mayor Dennis Ballard starts things off and then Robert Bratvold, Vice Principal from Creighton Community School will be there, followed by Nadia Maximchuk a retired teacher who is an excellent puppeteer, Cst. Cory Laird from the RCMP and two staff people from Wal-Mart, namely Richard Farqukar and Cindy Snell. Then in the evening the Flin Flon Junior Bombers will start the evening off at 5:15 p.m., followed by Susan and Brent Lethbridge and the Queen Mermaid from the Flin Flon Trout Festival, Brittany Brown and her princess Kayla Jackson, Tim Spencer from TeleHealth and Borealis and then the fabulous actors from Ham Sandwich. Sounds like a lot of fun Ð see you there!
