Cory Thompson (left) of the Aqua Centre community committee recently accepted a $5,000 donation from the Flin Flon Lions Club, presented on behalf of president Andy Stewart. The committee is in the process of applying for various grants while seeking funding from communities in the region. The committee’s goal is to eventually modernize the Flin Flon Aqua Centre.
