Editor: I am writing to give some big "thank you" to our Highway Crew. In this part of Canada we get some pretty bad weather during the winter and with only a few men and little equipment the Highway Department keeps Highway #10 between Clearwater Lake turnoff and Flin Flon in fantastic condition. Last Monday night, driving to Flin Flon to curl, it was raining, sleeting, and freezing, and the sander was out doing its job. While everyone else was at home having supper, these guys were out taking care of our highways. It is always nice travelling home from the south, to get north of The Pas and know that the road from then on home will be well looked after. Thank you Highway Crew. You are much appreciated. Sincerely, Eloise Young Cranberry Portage
