A newly amalgamated junior miner plans to step up the search for ore in the Snow Lake region.
Last month, Rockcliff Resources amalgamated with Solvista Subco, a subsidiary of Solvista Gold Corp. The new company will retain Rockcliff’s name.
Ken Lapierre, who had been head of Rockcliff, was named the new president and CEO of Solvista Gold Corp.
“I am excited to be joining the Solvista team with the technical and financial background and the funds in place to continue with the primary goal of becoming mine finders within the Snow Lake Project,” he said, referring to the name for Rockcliff’s properties in the Snow Lake region.
Lapierre said the first step in this process will be a drill program at the Talbot Property, part of the Snow Lake Project, which totals more than 350 sq km.
