Local snowmobilers Andy Wasylciw, his wife Valerie Wasylciw and Floyd Brown led the way as nearly 20 riders left the Victoria Inn parking lot Wednesday morning to kick off the Lions Club’s Journey for Sight. The Wasylciws went as far as Cranberry Portage while Brown expected to reach the final destination of Brandon on Saturday. The Journey for Sight is an annual fundraiser for the Lions Eye Bank, which assists people with vision problems.
