Area youth washed windows, served iced tea and spent time at the Flin Flon, Creighton and Area SPCA last week for the Hire-A-Youth campaign run through the Manitoba Youth Job Centre.

Youth enrolled in the program washed the windows of 22 Main Street windows on Monday, July 20 to kickstart Hire-A-Youth week.

The group volunteered at the SPCA on Wednesday and then delivered 85 orders of iced tea to various businesses on Friday.

The Odd Job Squad will keep busy with another slew of events taking place after the August long weekend.
