They say it's better to give than to receive, particularly around the holiday season, and the people at Trappers Transport Ltd. have taken that adage to heart. The shipping company recently shipped to an inner-city mission in Winnipeg seven boxes of items collected at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Rev. Ina Golaiy commended Trappers for its support, saying the boxes of mitts, blankets, toys and other items will make a big difference to the needy this holiday season. Members of the church congregation hand-made many of the items, which were sent to the Flora House mission in the Manitoba capital. This was the fourth free shipment Trappers has provided to the church this year.
