Team Creighton (pictured, top), consisting of Lynden Moore (from left), Dustin Streitle, Brad Fox (holding trophy), Tyler Williamson and Dean Rainville, captured the Rubber Boot Cup Road Hockey Tournament on Sunday, June 28. They defeated goaltender Blair Sapergia (bottom) and the Steamers in the final game, played on Church Street in front of the strike headquarters of IAM Local 1848, sponsor of the tournament. Team Creighton won $40 for its effort. Afterwards, the assembled crowd enjoyed music from local band The Whyte, made up of Katie Stevens, Scott Greenwood, Keith Guitard and Steve MacArthur.
