Nearly 50 HBMS employees were honoured Friday evening for reaching a milestone uncommon in today's world ? a quarter-century of service to the same company. Workers who began their careers with the mining and smelting operation between December 1978 and August 1979 received their 25-year watches at a banquet at the R.H. Channing Auditorium. The 47 employees brought total membership in the 'Quarter-Century Club' to 2,571 men and women since HBMS began mining ore.
