The former head of Manitoba’s Hudbay operations has been reelected to the company’s board of directors.
Tom Goodman received 82.65 per cent support in a board election held at Hudbay’s annual and special meeting of shareholders last Thursday, May 19.
Alan Hair, president and CEO, is on the board with 99.3 per cent support.
Making up the remainder of the board are Igor A. Gonzales (75.75 per cent), Alan R. Hibben (98.53 per cent), W. Warren Holmes (97.98 per cent), Sarah B. Kavanagh (98.55 per cent), Carin S. Knickel (98.52 per cent), Alan J. Lenczner (95.74 per cent), Kenneth G. Stowe (99.29 per cent) and Michael T. Waites (99.28 per cent).
