Jonathon Naylor Editor Less than four hours after Flin Flon RCMP reported her missing, a 13-year-old girl was found safe and sound over the weekend. Police issued a media notice at 1:42 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22 to ask for the public's help in locating the youth. Mounties said the girl had last been seen at about 11 p.m. the previous night, indicating to friends that she was going home. She did not arrive, however, and was reported missing. At 5:36 p.m. on Saturday, police announced the girl had been located and was safe. No other details were provided. The RCMP thanked the public and the media partners for their assistance. Since the youth was reported missing and then found after The Reminder had gone to press for our Monday edition, we have decided not to publish her name.
