It's a bad night to be a clawed crustacean but a good night to be a Flin Flonner in search of an appetizing meal. Tickets are available _ but selling fast _ for the Rotary Club's Lobster Fest (also known as Lobster Night) dinner and social tomorrow evening. 'You know spring's here when Lobster Night's here,' says Tim Smith, co-chair of the annual event along with dad Glenn. Held at the R.H. Channing Auditorium, Lobster Night will give diners their choice of two lobsters or one lobster with one steak or one chicken breast. If you're not into seafood, you can go for two chicken breasts, two steaks or one of each. Guests will also enjoy side dishes that include potatoes, cole slaw, salad and a dessert. Tickets are reasonably priced: $50 for two lobsters, $45 for a meal with one lobster or $40 for no lobsters. After supper, The Usual Suspects, a favourite local band, will belt out the tunes as guests hit the dance floor. All proceeds will go toward local projects supported by the Rotary Club. A total of 400 tickets were printed. They are available at Pharmasave and Kleen All Enterprises. Tickets cannot be sold at the door.
