The last supper of the season for Flin Flonners and former Flin Flonners was held at Beto's Restaurant in Mercedes, Texas on March 14th. Most folks will be heading north around the end of March and it seems every year the winter season goes faster (not this year for the folks that couldn't come south with us though). There has been a huge increase in the amount of Canadian licence plates seen in the valley this year. I knew we couldn't keep it a secret for ever. Getting together for supper were: Marlene & Larry Kirby, Barry & Jeanette Smith, Pam Bell, Al & Agnes Mills, Mabel Parshall, Dave & Vera Dahl, Don & Laura Dyck, Toby McDonald, Pat & Jim Karlson, Ron & Ann Wiebe, Glen & Lois Bryson, Reg Luchuck, Dave & Wendy Payton and Jim & Audrey Parres. We all gathered for a good visit and good wishes for a safe trip and return this fall. The second monday in December we will meet again. Join us if you are down this way.
