Despite speculation to the contrary, Creighton’s shuttered Prospector Inn remains for sale.
Swan Valley Credit Union, the current owner, is no longer listing the property with a local real estate firm.
Instead the listing will go to a commercial real estate broker, said Blaine Campbell, chief lending officer with the Swan River-based financial cooperative.
The removal of the Prospector from local listings prompted speculation that the motel and restaurant complex had been sold. It has been vacant since its abrupt January 2015 closure.
