A group of businesspeople is looking to bring a bit more colour to Main St. this summer. The Business Builders Association, an arm of the Flin Flon and District Chamber of Commerce, hopes to hang flower baskets from the light standards along the street. "It's to bring some colour into the community and make it look festive for the summer," said the organization's Maureen Kozar. The group has approached the City about installing brackets on the light posts from which the baskets would hang, and about possibly having summer students water the flowers. The City's decision on those matters is pending.
