A contractor on a lift helps install a new parapet, or wall, along the border of the roof of the Barrow Provincial Building. A three-month project to replace the building’s roof and extend the parapet was expected to conclude this week. MJ Roofing and Supply of Winnipeg performed the work for the provincial government.
