Hello again from South Texas. Unfortunately, our group of Flin Flonners was in direct conflict with the Canadian dinner and dance at Llano Grande Park; hence we had a very poor attendance for our monthly dinner on Monday, Feb. 8 at the Fiesta Tex Mex Restaurant in Weslaco.
A special congratulations to Hillary Cooper and her daughter, Lily, who attended from Flin Flon. Hillary is the daughter of Al and Agnes Mills, and Lily is their granddaughter.
In attendance from Chicago were Mike Ptak and his wife Cindy. They were in Flin Flon last summer visiting the Mills family.
Sign up for our annual golf tourney will be at our next (and last, for the season) dinner on Saturday, March 12. The actual tourney will be in mid March.
