Women now make up 20 per cent of the Rotary Club of Flin Flon.
The service organization recently inducted four new members, all women, in Cheryl Hiltz, Elizabeth Andres, Kelsey Horrocks and Colleen Arnold. President Kory Eastman did the honours.
The new members “look forward to serving the community as Rotarians,” said Rotarian Jane Robillard.
In other Rotary Club news, the club’s Dream Draw tickets are now available for 10 trips to locations such as Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, Cuba, Las Vegas and Phoenix, among others.
The club sells 499 tickets for the draw, which will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The Rotarians are also gearing up for their annual Seniors’ Christmas Party, which will be held at the RH Channing Auditorium on Sunday, Nov. 29.
