A summary of calls to police from Oct. 25-31, as submitted by Flin Flon RCMP:
Oct. 25
Report of a noisy party. Police attended and the revellers agreed to keep it down.
Report of a birthday party gone awry when an intoxicated parent came and tried to fight several people. The person was arrested and lodged.
Report of a shirtless person attending a residence and trying to fight people within. Police attended but the shirtless wonder was gone.
Report of a person walking in the middle of the road causing people to swerve out of their way. Police made patrols but could not locate the subject of complaint.
Report of an intoxicated person standing in the street yelling their own name repeatedly. Police attended, identified the person who was still screaming and arrested and lodged them.
Report of an intoxicated youth fighting family members and other people in their residence. Police attended and arrested the youth for breaching no alcohol conditions. When in cells, the youth picked themselves up an assault police officer charge as well. The youth was released to appear in court at a later date.
Report of harassing Facebook messages.
Oct. 26
While on patrol, police located a couple of snuggle buddies in an ATM vestibule. Both were intoxicated therefore both were arrested and lodged.
Report of a person finding drug paraphernalia in a residence when cleaning up from a previous tenant. The landlord was taught of how to dispose of same.
Report of a structure fire at a residence. Matter is under investigation.
Report of a theft that took place three weeks prior.
Report of a possible fire. Police, fire and ambulance all attended. Turned out, no fire.
Oct. 27
Report of a person checking out of a local hotel without paying for their bill totalling over $1,000. Matter under investigation.
Report of an intoxicated person coming and going from the hospital and harassing patients. Police attended and found a different intoxicated person also bother patients. That person was arrested and lodged. While on route to cells, the original subject of complaint was located and was also arrested and lodged.
Report of a person assaulting another. Police attended and learned it was a consensual fight between the two.
Oct. 28
Report of two suspicious-looking characters scoping out a back alley
Report of an assault at a personal care home. Matter is under investigation.
Report of an intoxicated person having fallen down. Police made patrols, but it looks like they got up.
Report of a person asking another person a question which made them concerned about their well-being. Police followed up and it was all a misunderstanding.
Report of a party at a residence. Police attended and found no party.
Report of an intoxicated youth coming and going from their parent’s residence and causing problems. Police attended and arrested and lodged the youth.
Report of yelling being heard from inside a residence. Police attended and learned an intoxicated family member was becoming aggressive with people inside. The subject of complaint was arrested and lodged.
Report of a person hurting another person’s shoulder. The complainant stated they had just received bad news about their shoulder as well. Police attended and the complainant said everything is fine now.
Oct. 29
Report from an intoxicated homeowner wanting intoxicated people removed from their home. Police then learned they had left prior to police arrival
Report of a party at a residence. The party-pooping police attended and pooped the party.
Report of a domestic assault. Matter under investigation.
Report of a domestic assault, not related to the above. Matter under investigation.
Report of an assault. Police attended and learned no assault took place and it was just a verbal argument.
Report of a window having been smashed.
Report of a person feeling unsafe. Police called the person back who said they now felt safe.
Report of a person requesting a ride to Easterville. Police tried to call the person back, however they didn’t answer.
Report of a person having found a bullet had been shot through their house. Matter is under investigation and police do not believe this person was targeted nor was this was deliberate. There is no concern for safety.
Report of an intoxicated person sleeping on a couch. Police attended and the couch surfer caught some waves and got out of there.
Report of an intoxicated youth trying to fight their parent. Police attended and took the youth into custody. The youth was charged with breaching their court order, lodged and later released to appear in court at a later date.
Report of a 10-year-old child bullying a 7-year-old. Police advised the parents of each child and advised that this needs to be dealt with by the parents.
While on a call, police were informed of an intoxicated youth causing problems in a residence. Police arrested and lodged the youth.
Report of an intoxicated person banging on the door of a residence. Police attended and found the person still in the area. They were arrested and lodged.
Report of an intoxicated person who kept entering a residence thinking it was theirs when it in fact wasn’t. The confused person was located, arrested, and lodged.
Report of an assault. Matter under investigation.
Report of an unwanted person in a residence. Police attended and then learned there was in fact a domestic assault. One person was arrested, lodged, and later released to appear in court at a later date.
Report of two intoxicated people pushing one another in a home. Police attended and arrested one of the pushers who was arrested and lodged.
Report of a person who kept going to a residence even though they were unwanted. Police made patrols but could not locate the subject of complaint.
Oct. 30
Report of an intoxicated person passed out in an ATM vestibule. The person was arrested and lodged.
Report of people squatting in a condemned building.
Report of a person with Florida licence plates being seen. Police made patrols but could not locate the people.
Report of an intoxicated person smashing a residence and threatening their partner with a shoe. Police made patrols but could not locate the subject of complaint.
Report of intoxicated people staggering near the entrance of a restaurant.
Report of a possible fire near a lodge.
Report of a person being caught stealing at a business. The owner wanted the person warned, which police did.
Report of three intoxicated people yelling at one another in a hotel lobby. Police attended and arrested the trio who were all lodged.
Report of an argument between parent and child. Police called them and told them to go to bed and they did.
Report of an intoxicated person not dressed for the weather and yelling at nothing in particular. Police made patrols but could not locate the person.
Oct. 31
Report of intoxicated people sleeping on the sidewalk. Police attended and located two sleeping people who were arrested and lodged.
Report of an intoxicated person standing in the middle of the street and yelling. Police made patrols but found no such person.
Report of a possible domestic assault. Matter under investigation.
Report of a patient leaving the hospital and needing to be seen. The patient was located - they just left to get a snack as they got hungry.
Report of an intoxicated patient having been medically cleared but too intoxicated to care for themselves. Police attended and arrested and lodged the person.
Report of a vehicle driving quickly down a residential street.
While on patrol, police located an intoxicated person in an ATM vestibule. They were arrested and lodged.
Report of two teenagers not coming home on time. They later came home.
Report of an unwanted person in a residence. Police attended and the person was gone upon arrival.
