A summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Monday, May 4 to Sunday, May 10:
Monday, May 4
• Two complaints of loud music being played at a Main Street residence. Police attended and spoke with the property rep. Music was turned down but turned up again a short time later. Matter under investigation. Charges may be forthcoming.
• Report of a wallet and glasses stolen from a purse on North Avenue, as the owner watched the theft take place. Matter under investigation.
• Police called to assist EMS at a Tweedsmuir Street residence for an aggressive patient.
Tuesday, May 5
No calls.
Wednesday, May 6
• Police called to assist EMS at a Channing residence for an aggressive patient. This occurred once in the morning and once in the evening.
• Report of a hit and run that caused damage to a vehicle at a car dealership. No suspects at this time.
• Report of damage to a Milton Street garage. A group of young children were earlier observed in the area.
• Report of an abandoned vehicle on the Golf Course road.
• Report of an intoxicated male in a grocery store parking lot. The male could not be located.
• Report of a vehicle passing another vehicle on a double-solid line on South Main Street.
Thursday, May 7
• Police attended a Boam Street residence at which a child had come home from school and was concerned his mother was not there. The mother returned a short time later.
• Report of suicide threats on Green Street.
• Report of an intoxicated male on Hill Street. He was located, arrested and lodged until sober.
Friday, May 8
• Police attended a South Main Street residence and located a male youth who was wanted for escaping from Prince Albert. He was arrested without incident.
• Report of theft from a Green Street business. Matter under investigation.
• Report of suicide threats on Hemlock Drive.
• Report of a break and enter in progress on Hapnot Street. No persons observed on site and no damage observed to the residence.
Saturday, May 9
• Report of loud music at a Whitney Street residence. Police attended and spoke with property rep.
• Report of a group of youths throwing sticks and rocks at a Roche Boulevard residence. Police attended but youth could not be located.
• Intoxicated male observed on Angel Avenue. Police checks revealed he was on conditions not to consume alcohol. He was arrested and remanded in custody.
Sunday, May 10
• Report of a single vehicle rollover on the Perimeter Highway. The driver fled the scene prior to police arriving. Matter under investigation.
• A 911 call from a hotel. Investigation revealed the call was a prank.
• Report of a missing youth. He was located the following day.
• Report that a female was going to retaliate against another female due to a previous encounter between the two.
