A summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Sept. 14 to Sept. 19:
Monday, Sept. 14
• Report of an intoxicated male on Main Street. He was arrested, lodged and charged accordingly.
• Report of a bear on Queen Street. Police attended but the bear was not located.
Tuesday, Sept. 15
• Report of a possible impaired driver on Hudson Street. Police attended but did not locate the vehicle.
• Report of a child welfare matter at a local business. Matter under investigation.
• Complaint under the Mental Health Act on Terrace Avenue.
Wednesday, Sept. 16
• Report of an intoxicated male at a downtown service provider. Police attended and male was gone on arrival.
• Disturbing the peace complaint on Second Avenue.
Thursday, Sept. 17
• Report of an assault on Hapnot Street in which a male reported being assaulted by unknown male who walked into a residence.
• Report of damage to a vehicle in the Flintoba Shopping Centre parking lot.
• Report of a breach of peace on Green Street.
• Report of kids having thrown a bicycle into the water near South Main Street. Police retrieved the bike to be turned over to the City of Flin Flon.
• Report of kids playing with fireworks near Rotary Park.
Friday, Sept. 18
• Report of vandalism to a vehicle on Ross Street.
• Report of vandalism to a vehicle at Rotary Court.
• Report of a sexual assault that occurred in July. Matter being investigated.
• Report of a found bike on Princess Boulevard.
• False alarm on Murton Boulevard.
• Reports of disturbances reported on Hapnot and Hill streets.
Saturday, Sept. 19
• Mental Health Act matter reported on Dadson Row.
• Report of an intoxicated and aggressive female at Island Drive. Police attended and subject had already left.
• Report of an intoxicated female on Hapnot Street. She was arrested and lodged.
• Report of shoplifting from a Flintoba Shopping Centre business by a male youth.
• Report of a disturbance at the Whitney Forum involving a male attempting to steal money. Police attended and the suspect attempted to run from them. He didn’t get very far.
• Report of a fight outside a local hotel. Police attended and found no fighting.
• Disturbing the peace complaints received from Hapnot and Hill streets and North Avenue.
• False Alarm from Green Street.
