A summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Tuesday, June 7 to Monday, June 13, as provided by the RCMP:

Tuesday, June 7

• Report of a disturbance at an Aspen Grove residence. Police attended but the male involved had already left.

• Report of suicidal threats on Queen Street.

• Report of a group of female youths stealing mail from a mailbox on Callinan Street. Police patrolled the area but were unable to locate the group.

• Police called to Fifth Avenue for a firearms complaint.

Wednesday, June 8

• Report of an intoxicated male at Flin Flon General Hospital. Police attended and took the male to cells to sober up.

• Police called to a business on Highway 10A for an alarm. Members attended, but the alarm was false.

• Report of a loud party on Island Drive. Police attended and spoke with the property rep, who agreed to shut down the party for the night.

Thursday, June 9

• Report of suicidal threats on Third Avenue.

• Police patrolling South Main Street charged a male under the Highway Traffic Act for driving an unregistered vehicle.

• Police were patrolling Main Street when members were approached by two females wanting to report an assault. Statements were obtained and it was learned the females were the ones who committed the assault. The male involved did not want to proceed with charges.

• Report of an intoxicated male on Main Street. Police attended and located the male staggering into traffic. He was arrested and taken into custody until sober.

• Report of a hit-and-run on Main Street. Matter under investigation. 

• Police attended a Queen Street residence for a medical assistance call.

• Report of an intoxicated male at Flin Flon General Hospital. Police attended and lodged the male in cells until sober.

• Report of a fight on Main Street. Police attended and arrested an intoxicated male. The other male involved was sober and did not want to press charges. The intoxicated male was sent to cells to sober up and cool off.

Friday, June 10

• Report of an irate male at a Main Street business. Police attended but the male had left.

• Report of a hit-and-run in the parking lot of a Highway 10A business. 

• Report of a speeding car on the Perimeter Highway. The vehicle was located and the driver was spoken with.

• Report of a dangerous driver on Third Avenue. Matter under investigation. 

• Report of a disturbance at a Hapnot Street residence. An intoxicated male who was upset had left the residence and was standing in the road. Police attended and located the male. He was taken into custody to sober up.

• Report of a disturbance at a Ross Street residence. An intoxicated male was yelling at his father. Police attended and removed him for the night.

Saturday, June 11

Report of an intoxicated female who refused to pay her taxi bill. The female was lodged in cells.  Matter under investigation.

• Police assisted Child and Family Services at a residence on Hillcrest Avenue.

• Report of an indecent act outside a Hill Street residence. Police attended and took an intoxicated male into custody. Matter under investigation.

• Report of suicidal threats at a North Avenue residence.

• Police patrolling Highway 10A observed an intoxicated male staggering in the road. He was taken into custody and served with a $675.65 ticket for consuming liquor in public.

• Police assisted EMS with locating an injured male on South Hudson Street who had run off. While they were looking for the male, he smashed a window at another residence and is now required to appear in court.

• Report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave a Highway 10A business. He was located hiding in the bush and taken to cells. Once in cells the male fought with members. He was remanded into custody.

Sunday, June 12

• Report of a loud party in the bush on Dadson Row. Police attended but the partygoers had since left.

• Report of a bear on South Hudson Street. Police attended but the bear was not located. This sighting was possibly related to a call last week in the Flintoba Shopping Centre parking lot. 

Monday, June 13

• Report of a dog wandering around the municipal campground, barking at people. Police attended and spoke with the owner.

• Police patrolling Main Street lodged an intoxicated male who stumbled out onto the road.

• Report of mischief at a Green Street residence. 

• Report of an assault at an Aspen Grove residence. Police attended and took a male into custody. Matter under investigation.

• Report of an assault at a Hapnot Street residence. Matter under investigation.
