A summary of calls to police from Feb. 28-March 6, as submitted by Flin Flon RCMP:
Feb. 28
Report of a dispute between parent and their child where the child alleged an assault. Police attended and took the parent into custody. The child later did not want police to investigate the complaint.
Report of an attempted break and enter to a residence.
Report of an intoxicated person passed out in an ATM vestibule. Police attended and arrested the person. The person was searched subsequent to arrest and police found the person had a knife on them. They were arrested and charged with breaching court-ordered conditions and weapons offences. The person was remanded in custody.
Report of a possible fire at a residence. Police and fire attended and found no evidence to suggest there ever was a fire.
Report of an intoxicated person passed out on a front step. Police attended and found the person as described who was arrested and lodged.
Report of an intoxicated person attending the hospital and breaking one of the doors. The person was later located, arrested and lodged.
Report of a person expressing ideations of self-harm over a social media site. Police located the person who was too intoxicated to be property assessed, therefore they were arrested and lodged.
March 1

Report of someone tampering with a lock to a local store.
Report of an intoxicated person in a residence yelling and scaring children. Police attended and arrested and lodged the boozy boogeyman.
Report of an intoxicated person having fallen down in a bathtub. Police attended but the person had gotten themselves up and removed themselves from the residence.
Report of an intoxicated person passed out at the intersection of a street. Police attended and located the person who was arrested and lodged.
March 2
Report of a person messaging another person ideations of self-harm. Police located the person who was fell asleep while in the care of a sober adult.
Report of an intoxicated person sitting in the snow. Police attended and the person stood up but was very unsteady on their feet. The person was arrested and lodged.
Report of a domestic disturbance where a spouse was yelling at their partner.
Report of an open line 911 call. Police attended to the area where it was reported to be coming from, however found nothing suspicious.
Report of an open line 911 call, not related to the other. Police attempted to locate the cell phone subscriber however could not locate them.
March 3
Report of an intoxicated person sleeping in a snowbank. Police attend and located the person was described who was arrested and lodged.
Report of intoxicated people refusing to leave a residence. Police called the complainant back who advised it was their birthday, so everything is fine.
March 4
Report of a suspicious vehicle parking in a parking lot for a few days. Police attended and spoke to a person who advised they were stranded. Checks were run and it was learned the person had been reported as missing from Alberta.
Report of an inter-gender fight on Main Street. Police attended but the combatants were gone.
Report of a fight between adult siblings in a residence. Police attended and one of them agreed to leave.
March 5
Report of an intoxicated person having intentionally cut themselves. Police and EMS attended and the person was transported to hospital where they were treated then lodged. The person attended the hospital when sober.
Report of an assault that took place two days earlier. Matter under investigation.
Report of an intoxicated person yelling at themselves while in an ATM vestibule.
While on patrol, police located an intoxicated person passed out in an ATM vestibule. The person was arrested and lodged.
911 hang up call from a residence. Police attended and found a person inside the residence on conditions to no be there. The person was arrested and later released to appear in court at a later date.
March 6
Report of a disturbance at a residence. Police attended and all parties agreed to leave, however they later returned. One of the people on scene was on court conditions to not be at the residence. An investigation is ongoing.
Emergency hang-up calls from a local business. Police attended and learned there was a quartet of people drinking in front of the business but they departed. The subjects of complaint were located a short distance away but none were grossly intoxicated, therefore they were sent on their way.
While on patrol, police came into contact with two people with warrants at separate times. Both were arrested and later released to appear in court at a later date.
Report of screaming heard coming from a residence. Police attended and learned a couple was in an argument about one of them not wanting to come to bed. They agreed to separate for the evening.

While on patrol, police located a very intoxicated person leaning against a building. They were given a ride to a sober friend’s.
