A condensed summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Monday, Oct. 12 to Sunday, Oct. 18: Monday, Oct. 12 • Report of two intoxicated females at a Hill Street residence. Both had left prior to police arrival.

A condensed summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Monday, Oct. 12 to Sunday, Oct. 18:

Monday, Oct. 12

• Report of two intoxicated females at a Hill Street residence. Both had left prior to police arrival.

• Report of two intoxicated females at Flin Flon General Hospital. Both were arrested and lodged until sober. One of the females had a warrant of arrest. She gave officers a false name and birth date, forgetting she was wearing a hospital band with her real name on it. She has been charged accordingly.

• Report of suicide threats on Ross Street.

Tuesday, Oct. 13

• Report of a hit and run causing damage to a vehicle at an uptown parking lot.

• Report of a garage being rummaged through on Lancaster Crescent. Nothing reported missing.

• 911 reported receiving over 40 calls from a group of kids that kept hanging up. Investigation led police to a residence where a seven-year-old was responsible. The parents took her cellphone.

Wednesday, Oct. 14

• Report of suicide threats at a Channing residence.

• Report that a female at a Green Street residence had assaulted a male.

• Report of a five-year-old child who got into a fight with his sister at noon and did not return to school. He was located a short time later at a friend’s house.

• Police called to a Hill Street residence as the complainant was having an argument with their spouse regarding “local drunks.” The complainant called 911 not because the argument was getting out of hand, but because they wanted advice on how to prevent drunk people from coming to their residence.

• Report of an 11-year-old child who did not return from school. He was located a short time later at a friend’s residence.

• Report of threats and a stolen purse at a Hapnot Street residence. Matter under investigation.

Thursday, Oct. 15

• Report that a male who resides in Flin Flon may be in Sandy Bay, Saskatchewan, consuming alcohol in breach of his conditions.

Friday, Oct. 16

• Report of a child custody complaint on Whitney Street. Police attended with CFS.

• Report of suicide threats on Queen Street.

• Report of a male taking a shower and doing his laundry at the tourist centre. Patrols unable to locate him.

• Report of unknown children playing on construction equipment at Aspen Grove. Police attended and the children had left.

• Report of teenagers banging on the door of a Whitney Street residence. Patrols could not locate the teenagers.

• Report of two intoxicated males at a South Hudson Street residence. Both males were arrested and lodged. One of the males had an unendorsed warrant of arrest.

• Report of a 44-year-old female from Germany who was hitchhiking. After being picked up she had been punched in the head by an intoxicated female in the truck. Victim was unable to provide sufficient details about the people in the truck.

Saturday, Oct. 17

• Report of a male who had been sitting in a truck behind a Main Street business for a lengthy period of time. Investigation revealed he had just been eating a sandwich.

• Report of suicide threats on Whitney Street.

• A brother and sister got into a verbal argument on Hill Street. The sister requested police attend to ensure the brother did not break anything, as she did not remain at her residence to ensure the safety of her property.

• Report of numerous 911 calls to an Aspen Grove apartment. Investigation revealed the calls to be false.

• Report of loud music coming from a Hill Street residence. Police attended and spoke with property rep.

• Report of an unknown female passed out on the complainant’s couch. Police advise the public to ensure they know whom they are drinking with prior to allowing that person to pass out in their residence.

• Report of a vehicle parked on Callinan Street that had front-end damage.

• Report of a rock being thrown through the window of a Kingsway Boulevard residence. The group of kids in the area identified a 16-year-old youth who resides nearby. Matter under investigation.

• Report of a group of teenagers banging on the door of a Whitney Street residence. Complainant believed he knew the identity of one of the suspects. Matter under investigation.

Sunday, Oct. 18

• Report of a parked vehicle blocking the driveway of a South Hudson Street residence.

• Report of a single-vehicle collision on Channing Drive. No injuries reported but extensive damage was sustained to the vehicle and a telephone pole.

• Report of an intoxicated male passed out on Second Avenue. EMS was dispatched due to the intoxication level of the male.

• Report of two males and a female who were intimidating patrons and causing a disturbance on Main Street. The group had left prior to police arrival but has been barred by the business owners.

• Report of a van that “almost” ran over two youths on Hill Street. When the 11- and 15-year-old were spoken to, they could not provide details on the van or what had happened.
