A summary of police calls from April 12-18, as submitted by Flin Flon RCMP:
April 12
No calls! Unbelievable!
April 13
While on patrol, police located two very intoxicated people, one sleeping on the sidewalk and the other upright but who probably should have laid down as well. Both arrested and lodged.
Report of a donnybrook on the street. Police attended, but the action had ceased.
April 14
Report of a vehicle being abandoned in a parking lot. The owner was identified and was contacted to reunite with the vehicle so that the car doesn’t grow up and have abandonment issues.
Report of a custody dispute.
Report of an intoxicated person sleeping in a local business. Police attended and located the original subject of complaint and, while patrolling, found another person too intoxicated to care for themselves. Both were arrested and lodged.
Report of a person on a skateboard who was almost hit by a vehicle. Police attempted to locate the “sk8r boi” but could not.
April 15
Report of a person intoxicated and passed out in an ATM vestibule. Police attended, found the person as described and arrested and lodged them.
April 16
Report of an intoxicated person attempting to fight people outside a local business. Police attended and located the gladiator who was arrested and lodged.
Police requested to assist an ambulance on a call of a possible overdose. While on route, police were told they were no longer needed.
Request of a fight between siblings, one being intoxicated. The subject of complaint was later located, arrested and lodged.
While on patrol, police located two intoxicated people too intoxicated to care for themselves. Both were arrested and lodged.
Report of an intoxicated person being belligerent in the common area of a local hostel. Police attended and found the person as described, who was arrested and lodged.
April 17
Report of an intoxicated couple arguing with one another as well as other people. Police attended and found the couple who were both arrested and lodged.
Report of a person passed out and intoxicated near a local business. Police made patrols and found a person matching the description nearby, who was given a ride to a sober friend.
Report of an assault between family members. Matter is under investigation.
Report of a person having been assaulted, however when police spoke to the victim, their story was completely different than the complainant’s.
Report of intoxicated people throwing rocks at a residence. Police attended and found one of the subjects of complaint still on scene. The person is on a court order to not consume alcohol, therefore they were arrested and lodged.
Report of an argument between family members over beer. The matter resolved itself and the angry family member left before police arrived.
April 18
Report of loud music being played from a residence - however, no music was heard when police were nearby.
Report of an intoxicated person blocking the exit to a business. Police made patrols, but the person had moved.
Report of a group of intoxicated people walking around with one falling. Police attended and were able to identify the clumsy one who was the most intoxicated. They were arrested and lodged.
Report of a dog owner having let their dog out overnight with the dog now sick and throwing up. The owner suspects the dog was poisoned - however, that is only an assumption at this point.
Report of a dispute between a couple where both were making claims in regards to drug use and threats. Matter is under investigation.

Report of an intoxicated person refusing to leave a residence, however they decided to leave before police arrived.
While on patrol, an intoxicated person decided to tell police he thought police were “number one” by holding up one of his fingers. While we already know we are “number one”, the person was very intoxicated, therefore they were arrested and lodged.
Report of an open line 911 call from a cell phone where arguing could be heard. Police were unable to locate the source of the call.
A call was received from a residence and yelling could be heard. Police attended and learned the source of the drama had left. While on patrol, police located the subject of complaint who was arrested and lodged.
Report of two youths not obeying their curfew.
