Mayors from all three local municipalities attended the annual Mayors’ Breakfast, held at the Northminster Memorial United Church on Saturday, Jan 23. Flin Flon Mayor Cal Huntley (left), Creighton Mayor Bruce Fidler and Denare Beach Mayor Carl Lentowicz greeted a full room of guests. Speaker Theresa Wride (right), career counsellor for the Flin Flon Aboriginal Friendship Centre, shared stories from her life and encouraged those attending to use the events of their lives to foster leadership.
