Contractor Joe Ploschansky, known as Joe Plo, uses an excavator to remove dirt from the border of the fountain outside Jubilee Residence on Green Street last week. Looking on is Blake Wallaker of the City of Flin Flon. The fountain has been deactivated and was being turned into a large planter.
