Monday, August 11

• Report of a disturbance, a party and bonfire, on Third Avenue; police attended and requested fire be extinguished and the music turned down.

• Report of a disturbance, a loud party, on Creekside Drive.

• Report of an attempted break and enter on Hemlock Drive; entry not gained and two children or youth seen fleeing the area; police continue to investigate.

• Report of children hanging out in the parking area of a downtown business.

• Report of a break and enter on Green Street the previous day, Aug. 10; suspects are unknown; police continue to
investigate.

• Report of people fighting on Hill Street; police attended but subject gone on arrival.

 Tuesday, August 12

• While at the Manitoba Liquor Control Commis-sion for a business visit, an officer observed an intoxicated male enter. The man was instructed to leave but began swearing at an employee; police arrested and lodged him. He was later served a notice informing him he was banned from the business.

• Police received a report from a male that while attempting to buy drugs at an unknown
location, he was threatened by an unknown
person in an unknown
black vehicle; patrols for the black car negative; complainant instructed not to buy drugs.

• Report of an intoxicated male on Third Avenue bleeding from the head after falling; police attended but were unable to locate him.

• Report of a disturbance on Hill Street; police attended and arrested a person under the Mental Health Act and escorted the individual to the hospital for treatment.

• Report of children having played with lighters behind Ecole McIsaac School and igniting a small fire that the complainant extinguished.

• Report of shoplifting at a Flintoba Shopping Centre business; a female arrested and charged for failing to comply with probation, and remanded into custody.

 Wednesday, August 13

• Report of a group of kids playing with lighters at Rotary Park; patrols made but children not located.

• Report of a male on a bike on the Perimetre Highway appearing unsteady; police attended and spoke to the person, and all was fine.

• Report that a person is receiving inadequate medical care from the Northern Health Region.

• Request by EMS to attend a call of a female requiring medical assistance at a party on Hillcrest Avenue; police and EMS attended and determined there was no party nor anyone requiring medical treatment.

 Thursday, August 14

• Person arrested on Third Avenue under the Mental Health Act and transported to the hospital for treatment.

• Report of a break and enter to a garage on Creekside Drive.

 Friday, August 15

• Report of a possible impaired driver on Second Avenue.

• Report of a 10-year-old child having failed to return home since the previous day; child located at a residence and returned home by police.

 Saturday, August 16

• Report of a loud party at Hapnot Street; police attended and ended the social gathering.

• Report of loud children at Rotary Park.

• Report of an assault on Bellevue Avenue; female charged and slated to appear in court at a future date.

• Report of theft of lawn chairs from a residence on Fourth Avenue.

• Request for a well-being check to a person at a residence on Green Street; police arrested a person under the Mental Health Act and transported the individual to the hospital for treatment.

• Report of a male refusing to leave a local hotel; he was located and determined to be intoxicated, and was arrested and lodged.

 Sunday, August 17

• 911 hang-up call to a residence on Lancaster Crescent; false alarm.
