A 20-year-old Winkler man has died following a single-vehicle collision near Cranberry Portage. Shortly after 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, emergency responders were dispatched to an accident scene on Highway 10 about 13 kilometres south of that community. An initial police investigation revealed that a three-ton truck was travelling north when the driver lost control and rolled into the ditch. An RCMP traffic collision analyst was assisting with the investigation. Police continue their investigation. The victim's name will not be released.
