Flin Flon Alliance Church will hold an evening to introduce its fall Alpha course to anyone interested in exploring faith in a group setting where everyone’s perspective is valued and respected.
Everyone is invited to attend the introductory party at 6 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at the church. “The dinner party is a no obligation opportunity to see if you would be interested in participating in the course,” said Alpha organizer Menno Giesbrecht.
The introductory evening is free, and the course is open to anyone.
“Each Tuesday evening we relax over a meal, have fun together, and discuss the deep things of life,” said Giesbrecht. “One of the highlights of each session is getting to know others in your group.”
Almost a million people in Canada, and more than 24 million worldwide, have taken the Alpha course. The course gives people a chance to explore the spiritual side of life, to share their own thoughts and ask questions.
